"This might sound strange, but I actually love houses. I really do! I love the architecture of houses, the interior designs, the functional use of space, and the emotional feeling you get from a home that has all the right touches and is a perfect fit for someone's lifestyle. My husband says he's caught me drooling over pictures of homes on my iPad. But more than anything, as a realtor, I love finding and negotiating great deals for my clients, whether they're selling their house, buying a new home, or relocating from another city."

Michelle is a realtor and a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) with 20+ years in corporate relocation and the real estate industry. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She has deep experience and expertise managing the home-sale and home-purchase transaction, conducting contract negotiations, and facilitating destination and rental services. Michelle is a skilled researcher and analyst. She brings a numbers-centric approach to gleaning competitive insights that help her home-selling and home-buying customers to secure the best possible deal.

Whereas many realtors might shy away from difficult deals that "can't be done," Michelle confesses she actually gets excited at the challenge of exceeding her customers' expectations by meeting their requirements for selling their home or buying their new home.

Michelle is married with two rambunctious sons. She's lived in the Atlanta area for over 30 years, and loves it. She loves international travel, experiencing new cultures, especially digging into the local cuisine. Michelle is an unapologetic foodie. She loves experimenting with eclectic fusions dishes. "My husband calls me a food terrorist because he says I hold people hostage with good food."

When asked to share a quirky thing about herself, Michelle offers that she hasn't yet figured out why so many people call her "Melissa" when her name is Michelle DeLisser.
